Environmental Industrial Services Corp. of NJ (EISCO-NJ) provides the highest level of service to our clients while maintaining a system of checks and balance. It is this system of checks and balances that lends credibility, integrity and trust to the process of client partnering.
To uphold this system, EISCO-NJ is committed to the Guiding Principles of Rsponsible Care. By providing a safe, secure workplace and protecting the environment in which we operate. We will commit to these principles by:
-Health and Safety - Provide a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and others working on our behalf. Protect and safeguard our clients and the communities in which we work;
-Environment- Strive to operate our business in an environmentally responsible manner, with a focus on the prevention of pollution and minimizing the impact on the communities in which we work;
-Security-Safeguard the well being of our employees and clients be being vigilant in our efforts to develop and maintain a structure that includes security monitoring;
-Quality-Provide our clients with the highest quality of service while protecting the environment;
-Communication-Provide information about the company and its operations to our stakeholders: employees, subcontractors, communities, clients and those impacted by our operations;
-Ethics-Maintain a position of leadership among our peers by conducting our business in a highly ethical manner.
-Compliance-Comply with applicable federal, state and local regulations and other environmental, health, safety and security requirements to which we subscribe;
-Continual Improvement- To ensure the success of our system, routinely evaluate our performance and ensure that our contributions benefit the entirety of our operations. Continually improve our processes by setting goals to keep our workplace safe and to protect the environment;
Each EISCO-NJ employee is required to uphold this policy. This policy shall be proactively communicated and made available to our stakeholders.
